Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then we will be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. We will only offer refunds for Bodrum items that are purchased from our website. Bodrum items purchased through your local retailer should be returned to that retailer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. In addition, it must be accompanied by the receipt that you were emailed when you purchased the item from the website. To process a return for a refund, first please email us at info@bodrumlinens.com to request a Return Authorization (RA form). Once you receive the RA form, you can then send the item in the original packaging and condition to Bodrum, 119 W 23rd St, Ste 704, New York, NY 10011. To ensure proper credit, please make sure to include the RA form and a copy of your receipt in your return package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds are for merchandise only (not shipping).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bodrumlinens.com and send your item to: 119 W 23rd Street #704 New York New York US 10011. We will review your returned item and process a replacement order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and insuring your shipment as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. The cost of return freight and insurance is your responsibility

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
